Setting up a VPN or Proxy to change your IP address is a straight forward and easy process, however it depends entirely on what you wish to use our services for as to which is better for you. Generally our VPN products are more robust when it comes to website compatibility.

| Before you can connect to use our service, you need to have an active subscription. To subscribe, simply add one of our VPN or Proxy products to your basket and follow the checkout prompts. Please note that you need to register with the postal address that your credit or debit card is registered too. Don't worry we wont post anything out in the mail, it's purely for our payment card processors; who require us to match your card to your postal address. |

Once you've ordered and have your VPN/Proxy access details you will be able to setup your product using one of our comprehensive setup guides which include video walk throughs.
If you have any problems, then drop our "non techie" team a support ticket and they will get back to you within the hours. Our staff work 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm (UK time). We can even come in to your PC or Mac and setup your VPN or Proxy for you free of charge! |

I would just like to stress my delight on how quickly your helpdesk fixed my log in problems, I went through Christmas with a failed connection, but did not think to report it as I just assumed with it being Christmas it was an expected error.
However I eventually sent in a support ticket on Christmas Day. Within 30 min support responded with easy to follow instructions. As the error continued so did his continual support and your technician remotely logged in and fixed the error; he also very kindly set up the other 2 VPN IP's to save me doing so.
I now have working video websites, my VPN's all set up and it was all done quickly and the on hand help was second to none.
