I tried several connections ISPs & they were all quite slow only just fast enough to stream with occasional pauses. Customer service was brilliant, they responded very quickly and suggested alternative ISPs which were slightly better

Easy to setup... Could be cheaper though and have more Bandwidth...

Great, took me a while to set up, but i am new to all this stuff, for anyone with half a brain this will be relatively simple

Always worked flawlessly for me. Excellent speeds pretty easy to set up. As an occassional user, I wish there was a daypass price though.

Having tried bity the proxy & VPN I was unable to get bbc iplayer in my host country. The technical support was excellent but I cannot comment on the actual service as the proxy/VPN didn't work on my iPad. I do wish I could have received a refund when after 48 hours of trying I couldn't get the service to work.

Overall rating was a little low because I was charged twice for my order and no one has responded to several emails i have sent to correct this problem. Otherwise I was very happy with product.

I ended up picking you over WATCHUKTV because you were easier & more straightforward . . . only surprise was you did not figure prominently when I searched on goggle for a service . . fortunately a friend in Canada recommended you . . . regards . . A

Because I'm a tech moron, I had to be spoon fed the setup instructions. But you guys stuck with me until I nailed it. Very good. I live in Hamburg, and now I don't have to go down to the sweaty Irish pub to watch the Rugby !! Well done and many thanks.

Never used a vpn before and to be honest I still don't know what it is. All I know is that it was easy to install and I can know watch all UK TV.

for my mobile setup,I am pretty pleased. It is nice to be able to watch 6 nations live in the US! I only wish I could tell in advance which are the fastest servers...it does tend to drop out a lot

Great the first proxy server I've used thats fast enough for iplayer etc. It just works!
